1. The flower arrangements shown on our website are indicative. We try our best to give better results than shown. The actual arrangement may vary due to the availability of flowers and other reasons beyond our control.
2. The cake designs shown on our website are indicative. We try our best to give better results than shown. The actual design may differ. We offer handmade cakes as our chefs have their way of baking and designing cakes, so it may slightly vary in the look and design of the product.
3. If the flowers/plants/cakes/fruits/sweets ordered are not available in the concerned city or town, we will deliver the best quality flowers/plants/cakes/fruits/sweets available of similar value as per our replacement policy.
4. In case of flowers, cakes, fruits and sweets (all perishable items) if the receiver or any representative is not available at the time of delivery, we will take the order as delivered. However, we always try to make an appointment over the phone before delivery.
5. Delivery of some items may not be possible under certain uncontrolled circumstances. However, you always have the right to get a 100% refund of your money.
6. No claim of any nature of any nature will be entertained under any circumstances other than the claim for 100% refund of payment. All such claims, if any, have to be made within 24 hours of delivery/non-delivery.
7. The Site Owner reserves the right to reject any order unconditionally.
8. All claims are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Calcutta High Court, India.
9. In case of teddy bears, the color and appearance may change depending on the availability of the local store.
10. For orders placed after 4 PM, please contact our customer service executive for same day delivery. For smaller cities you will have to order at least a day in advance.
11. If Ferrero Rocher is not available in that city, we will deliver Cadbury Celebration or other available chocolates.
12. The prices quoted on our website are for free delivery within the city limits. Any delivery outside city limits and villages etc. In case of perishable items, additional delivery charges ranging between Rs 100 to Rs 500 may apply. We will send you a link to pay this additional delivery charge if required. However, we will not stop or delay your order and assure delivery on the required date.
13. Orders received after 4pm IST will normally be processed as next day orders, but we will try our best to deliver on the same day. After placing such an urgent order a phone call would be appreciated.
14. We will try to delivery the items at once. If delivery is not executed during the attempted delivery, the customer will still be charged for the order and no redelivery will be possible. We will consider the order executed in the following cases:

โข Recipient is not available.
โข The premises were closed.
โข Wrong phone or cell or extension number / not working / no answer or not connecting / unreachable and not delivered.
โข The recipient rejected the products.
โข Product delivered at gate/reception/neighbor
